Why Join Stampin’ Up! Now?
As Stampin’ Up! approaches it’s 40 year anniversary, now’s the perfect time to start your Stampin’ Up! journey. There’s going to be so much to celebrate! Over this past summer, Stampin’ Up! updated their join program and I think for the better. For one, it’s much easier paperwork wise. And two, you get so many more possible benefits.
When joining Stampin’ Up!, you will automatically become a demonstrator and receive a 15–20% product discount on any orders you place for yourself, early access to the latest products and catalogs, the opportunity to earn a modest commission (15–20% from product sales and varying percentages in volume rebates), the chance to attend incredible training and crafting events, access to a demonstrator-only facebook page and so much more.
The Stampin’ Up! join opportunity is always an amazing deal. New demonstrators will receive a $125 coupon code and, for first-time demonstrators only, a Welcome Box filled with goodies and tools to help them get started.
How much does it cost to join? $100. But, you get to choose $125 in products (getting an extra $25 in products for free).
How the Join Process Works:

During the join process, you will:
- choose a team leader (hopefully you’ll chose me, Christine Josti)
- accept required agreements.
- enter a few personal details.
- pay the $100 fee.
- click submit.
- All new demonstrators will be eligible to redeem a complimentary 8-pack of catalogs after they join (these are great to share with friends). The demonstrator will be prompted at checkout to add their complimentary catalogs to their cart.
Step 2
- Once their information has been reviewed and approved (usually very quickly), your Welcome Box ships
(see below for details), and the new demonstrator receives an email with:- your new demonstrator ID
- a coupon code, valued at $125
A note about the Coupon Code:
- Coupon code can be applied to any demonstrator order, meaning an order for yourself since you will have the title of demonstrator when joining.
- This order can exceed the $125 coupon code value.
- If your order is above the $125 coupon code value:
- any amount over will receives the demonstrator 15% discount
- will count toward the $300 quarterly sales minimum
- earns 10% Stampin’ Rewards if it meets the qualifying purchase amount (must be at least $20).

Demonstrators comes in all shapes, sizes and colors so to speak. Some order only for themselves, enjoying the discount and Stampin’ Rewards. Some like to branch out a bit and host gatherings with friends and process orders. Others teach classes, create stamp clubs, sell cards at craft fairs, and/or do card ministries. And a few, treat it as a business by recording videos, online classes and build teams and earn various rewards by doing so. The choice is yours. Depending on your time, desire and goals, you can change what you do. There is no one way to be a demonstrator.

New Demonstrator FAQ
Q: Are there any minimum sales requirements?
A: To continue to receive your discount and other demonstrator perks, you need to submit $300 in sales per quarter.
Sales can be submitted in any amount—in other words, you don’t have to submit a $300 order all at once—and both your personal purchases and customer orders count toward your minimum. Exceptions include demonstrator business supply items, but nearly everything you purchase or sell will count. You can make these purchases yourself, of course, but sharing the fun of stamping with others can help you meet your minimum sales requirement
Q: What happens if I don’t meet minimums or need to drop? Are there penalties?
A: If for any reason you decide to stop meeting your quarterly minimum sales requirement, you’ll lose your active status and “drop” as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. However, you will not be penalized and can sign up again any time! If you choose to come back, you can re-join with your current team leader. Please note that if you choose to sign up under a new team leader, there is a short waiting period.
Q: What are the perks of joining?
A: As a new demonstrator with the Bronze title, you will receive a 15% discount. You’ll get VIP access and be first to see new products, have the opportunity to attend company events, and be part of a creative community that spans the globe. You’ll also have access to demonstrator-only Facebook groups, training resources like Stampin’ University and Succeed Weekly (our weekly demonstrator email), the opportunity to have your own online demonstrator storefront via Demonstrator Business

Q: What are some of the ways I can participate as a demonstrator?
A: One of the best things about being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is that you get to choose your own adventure!
You can simply enjoy the products and crafting on your own—or you can share with others, bringing friends together to share products and creative experiences. And, as mentioned earlier, their purchases can help you meet your minimums.
Over time, you may want to expand your crafting circle and become an influencer—adding a few customers and earning a modest, supplemental income. Eventually, you could even decide to become a business builder with a team of your own.

Q: Do I have to sell or build a team?
A: No! Feel free to choose your own adventure and run your Stampin’ Up! business YOUR way! In fact, all it takes to remain an active demonstrator is meeting the quarterly sales requirement. If you prefer, you can place your own orders and/or collect orders from family and friends to equal the quarterly sales minimum.
If you decide that you’d like to build a team of your own, there are benefits! One of them is the friendships that you can enjoy as you share Stampin’ Up! experiences together. Another is being able to qualify for team commissions on product orders that your team member(s) submit.
